Little Veer has been eagerly waiting to taste the tomatoes growing in his terrace garden. Mummy tells him to not to get impatient and wait for the tomatoes to ripen fully before plucking them. As the countdown begins, the tomatoes go missing. Veer is shocked. He needs to find out what happened to them.
Who plucked the tomatoes? Veer needs to find the answers. Off starts his methodical investigation. Coming up with a list of suspects/probable witnesses, questioning them and sifting through the clues. When nothing works, what next? Could it be the aliens after all? Well, the thief needs to be caught red handed. A trap needs to be laid. What better than hiding in the terrace and waiting when the next set of tomatoes ripened!

The book has been loved by my seven year old from the time he was four. Such pleasant memories we have had reading this lovely book. The illustrations are bright and quirky. Apt for children aged 4+.
